It has been confirmed that the likes of Ali Al-Hamadi, Kieran Morrison and Sean Fusire have been called up by their respective national teams, and the decision announced today suggests that others have been, too.
Yan Valery (Tunisia) and Harry Gray (England U20s) are the most likely options, but Jamal Lowe (Jamaica) may also be due a call. All three nations are due to announce their squads today.
A statement from the club read, “Sheffield Wednesday’s home clash with Cambridge United has been postponed due to international call-ups.
“A new date for the game, which was due to take place on Saturday 3 October at Hillsborough, will be announced in due course.
“Earlier this week, it was confirmed that Wednesday’s away trip to Stevenage would also be postponed after the hosts received the required number of international call-ups, and now the Owls have met the same criteria.
“Wednesday’s EFL Trophy matches against Salford City on Tuesday 22 September and Sunderland Under-21s on Tuesday 6 October will go ahead as scheduled.”

Would guess that Plymouth (h) in November will be at risk. The March international break I think is over the Easter bank holiday which would leave little time to reschedule.
